At Lake Travis Jiu Jitsu Club, we combine the traditional principles of Judo with modern training methods to give you a complete grappling experience. You’ll learn powerful throws like O-goshi (hip throw) and Seoi-nage (shoulder throw), along with essential groundwork techniques for controlling and submitting your opponent. Classes emphasize proper breakfalls to keep you safe, high-repetition drilling to build muscle memory, and live sparring (randori) to apply your skills in real time.
