Led by Cassie, a Level 1 Muay Thai apprentice and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu blue belt, this class blends striking drills, footwork, and conditioning exercises into a fast-paced session that leaves you sweaty, smiling, and stronger after every round. Whether you’re looking to tone up, boost your endurance, or just find a fresh and exciting way to stay active, this program is designed to meet you where you are—no prior experience needed.

What makes this class extra special is the women’s-only environment. You’ll be training alongside other women who share your goals for fitness, confidence, and community. Cassie keeps the atmosphere supportive and encouraging, while still pushing you to challenge yourself. You’ll learn proper technique for punches, kicks, knees, and elbows—all while keeping your heart rate up for maximum cardio benefits. It’s a workout that’s as mentally energizing as it is physically effective.
