Cassie began her martial arts journey in 2017 with Kickboxing and Muay Thai, later adding Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in 2020 under Professor Elliot O’Hara & Professor Jeff Parra. What started as training for fitness quickly became a path of empowerment, teaching her to trust her strength, embrace discomfort, and grow in confidence. She believes martial arts is more than just self-defense—it is a way for women and young girls to reclaim their power, build resilience, and step boldly into spaces that once felt intimidating. Cassie is committed to creating an environment where women feel supported, strong, and unapologetically confident both on and off the mats.
